A new free tool every week until doors open. Each one builds on the last. Get on the list and they land in your inbox the week they drop.

sound familiar?

You start every week with good intentions.

And by Wednesday it's already off the rails. You've got a notes app, a paper planner, and a Google doc you abandoned back in March. You do the Sunday reset and then don't open it again until the next Sunday.

This isn't who you actually are. You're just carrying a full life, a demanding job, the people who count on you, the invisible to-do list that loops while you "relax" on the couch. It's that every system you've tried was built for someone with more time and fewer things pulling at them. And none of them had a plan for the week you fall off.

It was never a discipline problem. It's a mind-system mismatch.

what it is

Not another dashboard full of widgets you have to decode.

ELS is a Notion template and course that puts your whole life in one place. Your Vision feeds your goals which feed your projects. Your projects feed your weeks, your weeks feed your days, and the two or three things that matter today resurface on their own. Built inside a real, overloaded life, tested until it stopped breaking when everything else did.

01

A no-overlap review cycle

Weekly, monthly, quarterly. Each one does its own job. None of them repeat.

02

A Daily Flow that tells you what matters

You open it and it tells you what to do today. One view, one orientation. Not a wall of widgets you have to interpret before coffee.

03

Built to be done in one sitting

The daily flow is 10 to 15 minutes, the weekly ritual is about 25, even the deep reviews stay under 45. Because your time is tight and you shouldn't have to spend your one free hour un-confusing a dashboard.

the part most systems miss

Your whole life doesn't need to be systemized.

You can keep every maintenance task and moving part of your life in here if you want to. But you don't have to, and that's the whole point. ELS carries the parts that actually shape the design of your life and move you toward your vision. The rest is allowed to stay loose.

new in V2And if you use AI? ELS is built so any assistant, Claude included, can read your system and help you prioritize and stay on track. Completely optional. It's just there if you want it.

what's new in V2

I renovated the whole thing from the inside out.

Same bones, completely new structure. Here's what changed.

5 core videos instead of 20+ segments, plus a written Notion 101 guide. You don't need me talking at you for six hours. You need the system to make sense fast so you can actually use it. There will be bonus mindset videos that help you change your belief system in a tactical way (which I'm SOOO excited about).

A refreshed daily command center, the Launchpad. Your home base got a full makeover with your goals and CURRENT focus front and center, so the first thing you see every morning is the thing that actually matters.

A pulse-check page, the Alignment Flow. It helps you see the strings that connect from your vision all the way to your daily page. One calm pass, once a month.

Review cycles that finally don't overlap. Now each one has its own job and they're short enough that you'll actually do them (plus a simple 5 Year Family Fun Finance template you can involve the whole family in).

Mindset and inner work, woven throughout. Tips through the whole course, not a separate module you'll skip (plus bonuses that you may skip). The more consistent you are, the more efficient the system gets.

Built around one idea: structure alone isn't enough. Mindset and inner work are built in, because the system that organizes your life should also keep you showing up for it.

who built it

Hi, I'm Rubal.

If you've been here a while, you know the story. I'm a full-time radiologist, and I built the first version of ELS through residency, fellowship, and private practice while undergoing IVF, with no time to breathe. 60+ people joined that first cohort, and it kept my life together for years.

Then I became a mom, and the system met the one test that actually matters. Shorter pockets of time, a brain running on interrupted sleep, days that go sideways by 5pm. The version of ELS that carried me through this last year is not the one I sold in 2023. So I rebuilt it from the inside out.

That's V2. Not a template I made for a course. The system I open every single day, in the smallest windows of time I've ever had.

Everyone from the first cohort is getting V2 free, and this list gets the first crack at the new one.

And I want to bring you with me.

before you ask

Quick answers.

I've tried Notion templates before and they didn't work. How is this different?
Most templates are disconnected pages that organize your stuff. ELS is one integrated framework: your vision feeds your goals, your goals feed your projects, your projects feed your days, with review cycles that pull you back when you fall off. Falling off is part of the design, not a failure.
I'm new to Notion. Will I be able to keep up?
As long as you've used other digital software, you can learn this. V2 comes with a written Notion 101 guide and short videos that walk you through each step, built for real, interrupted schedules.
I'm already so busy. When am I supposed to find the time?
Setup is broken into small, bite-sized steps that fold into your week. A little time upfront buys back the hours you currently spend re-deciding and re-scanning. The daily flow itself is 10 to 15 minutes.
Do I need AI for this?
No. The system is fully evergreen and works without any AI. If you're curious, V2 includes an optional way to let an assistant like Claude read your system and help you prioritize. A nice-to-have, never the foundation.
I bought the first version. Do I have to pay again?
No. Everyone from the first cohort gets V2 free, automatically. You're already in.

Doors open last week of August.

If you're tired of systems that collapse the minute life gets hard: this one was rebuilt inside the hard part, and it comes with a way back for the weeks that go sideways. Get on the list.
